Glitter Tutorial
1. Make your text pillowy from my tutorial
here or you can download a plugin. I use Lokas software, I'm not sure where to get it sorry.
2. Stroke your text about 3px in white.
3. Using the magic want tool click any where outside the text. Select>Modify>Contract>8 or 9 px.
4. Press Ctrl+shift+i and fill a new layer with a light gray. (#DADADA).
5. Drag the gray layer under the text and duplicate it (about 2 more times).
6. Click one of the gray layers and click Filter>Add Noise 20% Uniform and check the monochromatic box.
7. Do this for the other gray layers but change the percent of noise each time. (Anywhere from 15% to 25% is fine)
8. File>edit in imageready. Make sure you have your layers and animation windows open.

9. In the animation window make a frame for every gray noise layer you have. I have three.
10. Click the second frame in the animation window and make the top gray layer invisible. Click the third frame and make the top and the second gray layer invisible and so on.
11. I like to change the time to .01 seconds for all the frames.
